Errol Parker is the Co-Founder and CEO of EY Parker Companies, where he leads a diverse portfolio of companies in logistics, healthcare, film production, and investments. Known for his strategic mindset, people-first leadership, and deep technical insight, Errol is a seasoned executive and visionary leader with over three decades of experience at the intersection of innovation, organizational strategy, and operational excellence.
Yvonne Parker is the Co-Founder of EY Parker Companies and Head of the EY Parker Foundation, where she leads community-focused initiatives and empowers emerging leaders. Known for her strategic vision and commitment to service, Yvonne works at the intersection of business, philanthropy, and culture.
Esprit Parker is the Director of Operations for the logistics and healthcare divisions of EY Parker. Under her leadership, EY Parker’s logistics division has expanded from Long Island to Brooklyn and Queens, creating hundreds of jobs with benefits and education opportunities. In healthcare, she oversees urgent care operations, driving improvements in patient experience, clinical quality, and community care. Outside of her professional role, Esprit volunteers with the media department at her church, where she writes and produces community-focused content. She holds a B.A. in History with a minor in African Studies from St. John’s University.
